1. General
All content, products, and services on this website are provided by Parla Diamonds. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
2. Orders and Custom Jewelry
- All custom jewelry is made specifically for each customer based on submitted designs, specifications, and approved 3D models.
- Deposits are required to begin the custom design process and are non-refundable.
- Customers may request adjustments before the 3D model is approved. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
- Production times typically take 3–5 weeks for custom pieces, depending on complexity and stone availability.
3. Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
- Ready-to-Ship items are pre-made and available for faster delivery, usually within 1 week of purchase.
- These items can be returned if unworn and in perfect condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. Payments
- Payments can be made via the payment methods provided at checkout.
- Deposits are required to initiate custom designs, and the remainder is due upon approval of the 3D model or prior to shipment.
5. Shipping
- All orders are shipped via USPS with full insurance and tracking.
- Shipping times vary: custom jewelry typically takes 3–5 weeks, ready-to-ship items usually ship within 1 week.
- Shipping within North America is straightforward. International shipping is available and coordinated individually.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Custom Jewelry: Returns are not guaranteed. Partial refunds of up to 70% may be offered in select cases. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Can be returned if unworn, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- One-of-a-Kind Pieces: Returns are reviewed individually. Approved returns must be flawless and unworn.
- Defective or Craftsmanship Issues: Repairs or replacements will be made under our warranty.

7. Warranty
- Center Stone Warranty: 5-year coverage for unexpected chips, cracks, or defects. Does not cover damage caused by accidents or excessive force.
- Ring Warranty: 1-year coverage for minor structural issues, prong lifting, or stones loosening due to normal wear. Does not cover intentional or excessive damage.
8. Stone Sourcing & Certification
- All diamonds and gemstones are sourced from GIA or IGI-certified labs and top global suppliers.
- Stones are selected for quality, brilliance, and ethical sourcing.
- All diamonds are certified and guaranteed for authenticity and quality.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is the property of Parla Diamonds and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Parla Diamonds is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or products, except as expressly covered under warranty.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
