Once you contact us with your ideas, we’ll discuss your design vision and provide a quote. To get started, we take a deposit and create a 3D model of your ring so you can see the design before it’s made. Once you approve the model, we carefully craft your custom piece and keep you updated throughout the process until it’s ready to wear.
Custom rings are typically completed within 3 weeks from the time your design is approved. Timing can vary depending on the complexity of the design and stone availability, but we’ll provide an estimated timeline up front and keep you updated throughout the process.
Yes! All of our jewelry comes with a 5-year warranty covering cleaning, polishing, and prong tightening to keep your piece looking its best. We also offer resizing and repair services, ensuring your ring stays beautiful for years to come.
Yes! We can create custom pieces of any type of jewelry, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. Whatever design you envision, we can bring it to life.
Yes! All of our curated collection pieces are ready-to-ship and don’t require a custom order. In-stock items are available much faster than custom designs and typically ship within about a 1-2 weeks.
We offer a variety of high-quality metals for your custom jewelry, including yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum.
We’re happy to work with customers worldwide! Currently, shipping within North America is straightforward, and for other international destinations, we’ll work with you to make arrangements and ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
We want your custom piece to be perfect. You can make adjustments up until the 3D model is approved. Once the design has been sent for casting, changes may no longer be possible, but we’ll always communicate clearly and work with you to find the best solution.

Warranty & Care

Center Stone Protection – 5 Years
Your center stone is designed to last a lifetime, but just in case, we offer a 5-year protection plan for unexpected issues like chips or cracks. This coverage does not include accidents caused by extreme force, such as:

       * Crushing or running over the ring

       * Dropping it onto hard surfaces from a height

       * Striking it against hard objects

Ring Craftsmanship – 1 Year
We back the quality of our craftsmanship with a 1-year warranty for normal wear and tear. This covers things like:

       * Prong lifting

       * Small stones loosening

       * Minor structural issues from everyday use

This warranty does not cover intentional or excessive damage, such as bending, twisting, or snagging that affects the ring’s structure. 

Our warranty is designed to provide peace of mind and protection against defects in craftsmanship or materials. However, if we determine that the warranty is being misused or that an excessive number of claims are being submitted in a way that indicates abuse of the system, we reserve the right to deny coverage. Warranty services are provided at our discretion, and we aim to ensure fair and reasonable use of this policy for all customers.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Jewelry
Custom-made pieces are designed specifically for you, so returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, a partial refund of up to 50% may be offered (deposits are non-refundable).

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
Items from our ready-to-ship collection can be returned if they are unworn and in perfect condition. A 20% restocking fee applies.

One-of-a-Kind & Special Designs
Returns for unique pieces are reviewed individually. Approved returns must be in flawless, unworn condition.

Defects or Craftsmanship Issues
If your piece has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it under our warranty.
