Warranty & Care
Center Stone Protection – 5 Years
Your center stone is designed to last a lifetime, but just in case, we offer a 5-year protection plan for unexpected issues like chips or cracks. This coverage does not include accidents caused by extreme force, such as:
* Crushing or running over the ring
* Dropping it onto hard surfaces from a height
* Striking it against hard objects
Ring Craftsmanship – 1 Year
We back the quality of our craftsmanship with a 1-year warranty for normal wear and tear. This covers things like:
* Prong lifting
* Small stones loosening
* Minor structural issues from everyday use
This warranty does not cover intentional or excessive damage, such as bending, twisting, or snagging that affects the ring’s structure.
Our warranty is designed to provide peace of mind and protection against defects in craftsmanship or materials. However, if we determine that the warranty is being misused or that an excessive number of claims are being submitted in a way that indicates abuse of the system, we reserve the right to deny coverage. Warranty services are provided at our discretion, and we aim to ensure fair and reasonable use of this policy for all customers.

Returns & Exchanges
Custom Jewelry
Custom-made pieces are designed specifically for you, so returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. In some cases, a partial refund of up to 50% may be offered (deposits are non-refundable).
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
Items from our ready-to-ship collection can be returned if they are unworn and in perfect condition. A 20% restocking fee applies.
One-of-a-Kind & Special Designs
Returns for unique pieces are reviewed individually. Approved returns must be in flawless, unworn condition.
Defects or Craftsmanship Issues
If your piece has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it under our warranty.
