Processing Time

- Custom Jewelry: Each piece is made to order. After your design is approved, production typically takes 3–5 weeks. You’ll receive updates throughout the process so you know exactly when your piece will be ready.

- Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Curated in-stock items usually ship within 1 week of purchase.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS with full insurance and tracking to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Locations

- North America: Shipping is straightforward and reliable within the U.S. and Canada.

- International Orders: We’re happy to work with customers worldwide. Shipping arrangements outside North America are coordinated individually to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Safety & Insurance
All USPS shipments are fully insured, giving you peace of mind. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will work with USPS to replace or recover your order.
