All custom pieces are made specifically for you, tailored to your size, metal choice, and design. Because of this, returns are not guaranteed. In some cases, a partial refund of up to 70% may be offered, but please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
Items from our Ready-to-Ship collection can be returned if they are unworn and in perfect condition. A 20% restocking fee applies.

One-of-a-Kind & Special Designs
Returns for unique or one-of-a-kind pieces are reviewed individually. Approved returns must be in flawless, unworn condition.

Warranty Coverage
If your jewelry has a defect or craftsmanship issue, we will repair or replace it under our warranty.
