To begin, we take a deposit and create a 3D model of your ring so you can see the design before it’s made. Once you approve the model, we move into production and carefully craft your custom piece. Throughout the process, we keep you updated until your finished ring is ready.
Most custom rings are completed within 2-3 weeks from the time your design is approved. The exact timing can vary depending on the complexity of the design and stone sourcing, but we’ll always give you an estimated timeline up front and keep you updated throughout the process. If you need your ring by a specific date, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
